The loss of QD status will not result in the loss of Personal Distributors or downline Distributors. Q: What happened to my first two Personally Sponsored Distributors in my Three to Infinity bonus?
A: Your first two Distributors go to your upline sponsor, just like the rest of your Personally Sponsored Distributors’ first two go

Q: When are commissions paid?
A: S.A.T., Four To Score, and Three To Infinity bonuses are paid weekly every Friday, for the week prior. All other commissions are paid every month, on the 10th, for the month prior.
Q: How do I setup and activate my Global Xchange Account?

Q: If I cancel my autoship, do I become a WDO and lose my commissions?
A: First, simply cancelling your autoship does not affect your qualified distributor (QD) status. A QD that fails to generate a minimum of 60 BV in any calendar month will lose their QD status and will become a Wholesale Distributor Only (WDO). At that point, as a WDO are no longer eligible for commissions. Q: Why do I have a debit in my eWallet?
A: The reason is usually given in the description of the debit, but usually if an order is cancelled or returned after commissions have already been paid, a debit will be shown.

Q: Why does Ultra International have a 2-day wait prior to shipping items?
A: People often change or cancel their orders after they are made, so we hold orders for 2 days to keep the shipping costs lower for everyone and to help catch and prevent fraud.
Q: What I paid for shipping doesn’t match the postage amount on the box…why is that?
A: Since many of our orders combine a large number, sizes and dimensions of products, there is no way for us incorporate exact shipping prices. We have developed a formula that is based on the weight of the pack, and takes into account the destination, handling, & insurance charges. Sometimes we lose money on shipping, sometimes we make a little, but the formula gives us the fairest estimate for everyone throughout the world.
Q: How long does it take for items to get to Canada, in general?
A: We ship all international orders FedEx Direct, which takes approximately 7 business days from the date shipped. We have chosen FedEx for these advantages:
- Quicker, Seamless Shipping - This door to door service will be faster, and we will pay all brokerage and customs fees including duties and taxes on your behalf so there is no longer a need for you to hassle with selecting or dealing with a broker.
- Package TrackingCapability - All packages within an order will now have point-to-pointtracking available from pickup to delivery. Customers who provide theiremail addresses to us will now receive notice of shipment, any delaysand delivery. It is important to stress that a current email addressis vital to our communicating this to them.
- Expedited Importing - Our Non-Resident Importer status means packages are expedited throughCustoms which should eliminate unnecessary delays.
- Overnight Service - Once the orders have been processed in the warehouse and shipped,they will generally arrive overnight (Monday through Friday) to pointswithin the Ontario Province and within 2 business days everywhere elsein Canada. This keeps the average order-to-delivery wait time to just about 3 days with an expected maximum of 5 days(provided there are no Customs issues).
- Secure Delivery - Packages will require a signature for deliveryand this eliminates the potential for weather related damage or theftby being left outside and unattended. Daytime deliveryaddresses have the greatest potential foron-time delivery. FedEx will make 3 delivery attempts before the packageis returned to our Canadian return center. Additional shipping chargesapply if a package is scheduled for re-delivery once it is sent backto the return center.
- Full Insurance - All packages will now be fully insured helping us keep your shippingcosts as low as possible since we expect fewer claims.
Q: How long does it take for items to get to Hawaii, in general?
A: We ship all Hawaiian orders USPS Priority Mail, which takes approximately 4 business days from the date shipped.

Q: What is Ultra's return policy?
A: Ultra international offers a 14 day money back guarantee on all purchases.
Products must be returned shipping prepaid to: Ultra International, 4120 Ne Port
Dr., Lee’s Summit, MO, 64064. A request for a refund with the distributor's ID#
and original shipping address must be included in writing. No refunds will be
offered on outbound shipping. Product must be in resalable condition and any
products returned after the 14 days is subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns
after 30 days.
Q:Are any of the products tested on animals?
A:No.
Q:How long will Mind stay fresh?
A:Before the seal is broken, see expiration date on bottom of bottle. Once the seal is broken, if the product is refrigerated, it will stay good for four months.
